Did you ever have one of those absolutely amazing ideas, so good in fact that you just had to tell everybody about it so they would know how smart you are. Now there is a site devoted to listing bright new ideas that people want to market and sell. Why dont inventors and discoverers use the same old methods they always have? Without doubt countless ideas go undiscovered each and every year, not because they're bad, rather they are more likely to get lost. Certainly they are talked about, but beyond that, nothing much ever seems to happen. The idea behind IGotFound is to help people with the age-old problem of how do you keep your idea secret, and at the same time tell someone about it. And then, once you safeguard your idea, tell everybody about it! The whole idea according to IGotFound was unique features to ensure that the site is easy, safe, fun and effective for both buyers and sellers of inventions and ideas. Their hope is to become the worldwide marketplace for undiscovered ideas and inventions. Just exactly what is IGotFound then? IGotFound.com is an all-embracing web site that enables people to either buy or sell ideas and inventions. The site, located at www.igotfound.com , provides its users with an extremely easy to use design (what techos call a userinterface) that allows them to build and create highly interesting and informative media-rich web pages so they can promote their ideas and inventions in the best possible light. After an inventor builds their invention web page online, it is automatically submitted to the IGotFound search engine. This readily allows other site users and visitors to easily find the inventions and ideas. Why dont inventors simply build their own Web site instead? IGotFound allows its users to advertise ideas on the Internet and at the same time provides a level of protection for the inventor not previously available online. This gives the opportunity a great many inventions to be discovered in one, centralised location, not hidden in every nook and cranny of the Internet. IGotFound web site users are able to protect their secret information thanks to several proprietary technologies especially developed by IGotFound. One such feature, allows for the online negotiation and execution of legally binding non-disclosure agreements before any interested party can see confidential details of an invention. So Inventions found here are really only for amateurs? On the contrary, The IGotFound site can also be a significant help for professional product talent scouts or companies interested in and looking for unique ideas and inventions. IGotFound developed a set of Pro-Pack technologies to allow for business and companies to safely search for new ideas or inventions without fear of jeopardising any already existing projects. It also allows companies to use their own non-disclosure agreements to conduct IGotFound business without having to renegotiate expensive contracts on each and every occasion. How did such a novel idea get started? IGotFound started when its two founders initially came up with an idea for a key chain that would automatically inflate if it fell into the water. Convinced the potential of their floating key chain idea was great and could make them lots of money, the two set about building and testing several prototypes. As expected the key chain floated. Then followed the painstaking process of filing for patents, finding funding, and then trying to market their key chain idea. They soon realised there had to be a better way to protect and promote a new idea. All the work quickly took some of the air out of their inflating key ring idea. Good idea or not, the key chain idea was sunk...at least for now. Even with considerable intellectual property experience between them, they found the process with the key chain time consuming and expensive. Out of frustration, what started as an idea for a simple key chain was to lead to a much bigger idea for the two friends. As with other Internet sites such as eBay, Priceline and Amazon, IGotFound is poised to take a shot at how business is traditionally done, specifically business within the intellectual property arena. The two entrepreneurs hope the site can provide exposure to inventors with undiscovered ideas and inventions and serve as a springboard for the formation of alliances or finding buyers that will aid users in introducing their ideas into commerce.
