To change the mail server in Incredimail XE, open up the Incredimail mail program by double clicking on the icon. Once in the mail program, select Tools --> Accounts.

In the Mail Accounts window, click on the CRT Account and click the Properties button on the right.

In the Properties window, click on the Servers Tab. Change the Incoming Mail Server to mail.crt.net.au. Also change the Outgoing Mail Server to relay.crt.net.au.

Also, make sure that your Username is set to the full username. So for example, if my username was johns is should now be johns@crt.net.au.

Click OK to save the changes then click Close to close the window.
