Microsoft Outlook 2000 & 98

To change the mail server in Microsoft Outlook 2000, open up the Outlook mail program by double clicking on the icon. Once in the mail program, select Tools --> Accounts.

In the Internet Accounts window, select the Mail Tab. Click on the CRT Account and click the Properties button on the right.

Properties

In the Properties window, click on the Servers Tab. Change the Incoming Mail (POP 3) to mail.crt.net.au. Also change the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) to relay.crt.net.au.

Also, make sure that your Username is set to the full username. So for example, if my username was johns is should now be johns@crt.net.au.

Servers

Click OK to save the changes. Then click on Close to close the Internet Accounts window.
