Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2002

To change the mail server in Microsoft Outlook 2003, open up the Outlook mail program by double clicking on the icon. Once in the mail program, select Tools --> Email Accounts.

The Email Accounts window opens up, select the View or Change Existing Email Accounts selection box and click Next.

Existing Accounts

Select the CRT account from the list of accounts and click Change.

In the Internet Email Settings window, change the mail server for the Incoming Mail Server to mail.crt.net.au and the Outgoing Mail Server to relay.crt.net.au

Also, make sure that your Username is set to the full username. So for example, if my username was johns is should now be johns@crt.net.au.

Click Next then click Finish.
